The problem with most medical podcasts is that they’re dry. Most episodes of The Accad and Koka Report are at least somewhat controversial (at least to mainstream medicine). It makes for much better listening on the morning commute.

Finally, and interesting medical podcast

Let’s face it—there are a LOT of medical podcasts out there, and most are unlistenable: narrow topics, boring hosts, unreasonable duration, etc. The Accad & Koka report is different. The hosts are opinionated and interesting, the topics are of interest to docs & laypeople alike, and the presentations are generally focused. As a physician, one would think that medical podcasts would be my catnip. True—but only good ones. This is one of them.
