    Great discussion. One small correction- NCDC, and not ICMR is the equivalent of CDC. ICMR is probably equivalent of NIH.

    Don’t agree fully with HCQ strategy- ICMR should have conducted/funded a RCT which was its real mandate rather than give a blanket advisory. The harm for EBM it did was that many researchers are not getting ethics approval when they tried for investigator initiated RCT.
